These workshops and seminars, held in close cooperation with the Tourism Board and local insitutions of the Dubrovnik region, was one of the first initiated by "DEŠA" in order to reach out to people starting with private entrepreneurshi efforts.Designed for women offering hospitality in rural areas and on the islands, intended to educate women in creating independent projects based on local resources and local heritage. The seminar series resulted in a handbook, as a resource for independent enterpreneurs.
